| About Us |
The consultancy was started just over 10 years ago by Andrew Kerr. He had significant experience in dealing with mainstream Consultancy companies and realised that most did not have the ‘on the job’ experience that was really needed.
He also agreed with the widely held view that consultants ‘look at your watch and tell you the time’. Companies and businesses required an altogether different type of help, one that closely identified with the customers problems and whose costs were more appropriate to the ability to pay and to the actual benefits achieved. There was therefore a need and an opportunity for experienced people with the knowledge of actually having done the job to be able to provide a range of services to both large and small organisations.
Kerr Consulting is not another Consultancy but one with a clear focus on customer needs and one that aims to create significant customer value.
The vast majority of Kerr Consulting business comes from repeat customers, this is a testament to their performance and to the relationships established.
